At HaziCart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product is significantly different from its description.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Have proof of purchase or order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Items returned after the return period has expired.
  • Products without original packaging or missing parts.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be transferred via bank transfer or other agreed methods.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
